Close to Anglia and C2C stations direct from London with readily accessible bus and airport links and full fibre wi-fi. A great little get away behind a beautiful Victorian home with private entrance from balcony in the direction of the sea. TV with Netflix as well as fridge, microwave, toaster + kettle for light snacks. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits and self check in is available if desired.

The space

Let us know if you need parking as this can easily be arranged with tickets for the residents parking or in the driveway. Studio balcony is for sole use of AirBnb guests. There are outdoor stairs up to the apartment.

Other things to note
We have two cats who will visit you on the balcony. They are friendly and will enter the Studio if permitted. Do not be afraid of picking them up and throwing them outside! There has been a fox den next door for years, and cubs can be heard and seen occasionally. Passion fruit adorns the balcony in autumn and is edible. Pear trees fill the garden and can be eaten.
